World View Perspective: When we tune into our Center
When we imagine our center, our core, our solar plexus to be the yellow center of a daisy, for example, we can see all the other petals around us. These other petals can represent people, relationships, situations, finances, our home, our things, our past, our family and our health. We can refer to them as anything in our lives. When we can stand still for a time and tune into our core center, imagining or experiencing a bright, clear, yellow, healing, higher frequency Light, we can begin feeling those 'petals' coming out from all sides to complete the vision of a daisy. These represent the petals all around our center. Each morning or night or both, imagine pushing these petals, or, at least, some of the petals off your center, wishing the very best for anyone or any situation you find attached to your CENTER. Allow these petals to go, gently and lovingly, until you feel your own bright CENTER again. Have these other energies find their own way, let them 'pedal' off like riding a bicycle.
Now, notice how your Energy feels! Do you feel Lighter? Does life look Brighter? Do you feel more Centered? Do you have greater Clarity?
Another technique to try is to draw and cut out circles of sturdy paper and put people's initials on each one. These can be loving relationships, family relationships, neighbors, friends or places, jobs, experiences you've had. You can put these circles on the ground and take a flashlight to shine on any you choose at a time or all together. Hold in your heart, the very best wish and hope for that situation as you surrender what happens to the situation, person or relationship to the LIGHT! Have a sense of releasing any negative attachments to the people or person involved, as you trust the LIGHT to continue shining on them or any situation. In this sense, you are setting your human concerns, regrets, fears, worries or need to control the particular set of circumstances to a Higher Energy. You are Consciously releasing them from your own conscious mind to figure out.
Now, and afterwards, notice how you feel and notice what happens. Do they call you and want to meet, do they show up differently in your life now? How do you feel? After sometime, do you notice new people coming into your life who now have a Higher Vibration or Energy? Do you notice other things gently and lovingly leaving your life: habits, addictions, negative thinking, worries, stress or fear?
Often, in our day to day lives, we keep going around in the same old circles, not even aware of the energy from others that we are collecting or energies from others that may be overly attached to us. Maybe we feel drained after time with them, maybe we end up with fear that isn't ours, perhaps our own health starts to go downhill after vacationing with them. These are things to notice when interacting with others or going to concerts and events where tons of people are all around.
These two techniques can be done easily and quickly in your own environment, until you feel clearer, calmer and easily back into your own happy and healthy CENTER! Remember to stay abundantly positive towards any of the release work regarding others and certainly, remember to LOVE YOURSELF in this process!
We want to grow, learn and make progress in our lives. By releasing others, who may be pulling unduly on our energy, we not (knot) only free ourselves but we give them permission to do the same. Loving others, being in relationship with others, enjoying the company of others is part of our human experience and an important one to have and maintain. Yet, it is important to stay Conscious of what and how different energies might be impacting us and how best to release them.
Tuning into OUR CORE CENTER and keeping it clear, enables our greater health and happiness to continue. Through these conscious techniques, we can develop an even greater sense of Self-Love and a deeper sense of Self-Contentment and Self-Acceptance. And, it is GOOD!!
