When our Positive Self Images and Positive Self Esteem returns, our choice and voice also come back. Once we are sure of our core's understanding, OUR TRUTH begins to come forward from a much deeper place than we had previously had access to or spoken.  Our TRUTH can become blocked for many reasons, throughout our lives, and until or unless we free up, we can go silent instead of speaking up.  Once we release old chords, old attachments, old, negative relationships, old and stale aspects of us, more or who we are can and does come forward.  We can swell with such Positivity and Self Esteem, they exude from every aspect of us. This clears away old stagnant energy from every part of our system, inviting in, allowing in more of OUR OWN CONSCIOUS LIGHT that has been integrating with us all along.  A renewal, even on the cellular level, begins to occur and just like a closet we have recently cleaned out, more space is freed up for bigger and brighter things to come forwar...

  As our LIGHT shines into our dark corners where we may have shoved away old hurt, stuck, negative or damaged/damaging energy, the release of who we no longer are feels great and it allows for more positive and fulfilling  energy to come.  This new, lighter and brighter energy literally fills us with HOPE, LOVE, and HEALING LIGHT. We are more energized and happier.  Again, as Carl Jung tells us, when what has been unconscious becomes conscious, it can no longer be unconscious again. The feelings of SELF-EMPOWERMENT and POSITIVE SELF IMAGES rise up in us, much like a hot air  balloon that has been tied down for too long.  A renewed sense of FREEDOM comes and lifts us up to newer levels.  We are quite literally 'LEVELING UP' from where we have been.
