Captured Moments

When we have gone to and through a lesson in life and come back out the other side, as in a death of a loved one, a divorce, another kind of a loss or even a loss of self-image, self-identification or an attachment of self-worth or self-esteem, we have the chance to find new ground and a new stand in life.  We can walk on, taking that past experience with us, in  terms of new growth and expansion, a certain sense of progress and greater development.  However, what can also happen if we don't stay conscious and aware is that same pattern, set of habits, old programming or past conditioning can or might surface and put us right back into that age old idea of our self we thought we had left behind.  So, the operative phrase to choose and use is, if we have gone through something, BE THROUGH WITH IT!! Take a hula hoop, the child's toy, for example.  Say you played with one all your life.  You are now growing up so you hardly use your old hula hoop now. ...

When we imagine our center, our core, our solar plexus to be the yellow center of a daisy, for example, we can see all the other petals around us.  These other petals can represent people, relationships, situations, finances, our home, our things, our past, our family and our health.  We can refer to them as anything in our lives.  When we can stand still for a time and tune into our core center, imagining or experiencing a bright, clear, yellow, healing, higher frequency Light, we can begin feeling those 'petals' coming out from all sides to complete the vision of a daisy.  These represent the petals all around our center.  Each morning or night or both, imagine pushing these petals, or, at least, some of the petals off your center, wishing the very best for anyone or any situation you find attached to your CENTER.  Allow these petals to go, gently and lovingly, until you feel your own bright CENTER again.  Have these other energies find their own way...
