Captured Moments

. . . truth is the only weapon we possess."  Dalai Lama Truth cuts out the falsehood of any situation.  Truth goes to the heart of truth itself.  It helps us stand clear of what blocks, locks or mocks our system.  Truth is clear, firm and truth stands on its own.  When we are true to ourselves, we stand in our own clearing, despite what others might say, do or think.  Our inner truth can become our outer living truth.  When that happens no interference can come.

. . . is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge."  Stephen Hawking Once knowledge is known and applied, we can think we are the knowledge itself or perhaps we identify with being the knower itself.  Knowledge is a tool not who we are.  We have an inner knower, which is the soul.  The soul that dwells within is in deep relationship with the Infinite.  Appling the tool of knowledge allows us to accomplish great tasks and have a greater sense of the world.  As a tool it is useful. Who we are we can know through our inner ability to access our soul's level of knowing.

. . . they will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."  Maya Angelou Compassion, understanding and kindness are attributes of the Heart.  They make us feel more positive, more open and happier.  When we understand the way the world works in the bigger picture, we begin to see how more alike we are than different. Seeing the world through bigger eyes opens us to greater and greater expressions of compassion.  As we love ourselves, we love others and the world.  We can become the Love itself.

. . . and peace that one can know what is the best thing to do."  The Mother - "Rays of Light" Choosing quiet moments of sacred time and space, listening to the depth of our heart, soul and inner guidance brings us the awareness of what is truly correct to do in our lives.  If we simply react or have an immediate response, often we are coming from our old programming, judgment, fear or desire and not from a point of greater clarity.  Making time each day, as often as needed, to sit in silence with clear intention allows us to treasure our inner peace and calm.  As we consciously do this practice, it brings us the opportunity to deeply listen and to know.

 . . . is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new."  Socrates The cycle and process of growth and change has in it new beginnings and openings, blossoming, fullness and slow signs of decay until the end when new beginnings are possible again.  Seasons and life cycles all show this pattern.  The peach begins as an innocent flower, dropping its petals as the young fruit ripens into fullness, finally dropping the aging peach to the ground, leaving just the pit, awaiting spring once again.  When we try to grab onto what is fading instead of focusing on what is ripening, we forget the absolute wonder of life and how evolution needs our energy too. Strengthening the new with our focus helps to usher in the future aspects of life and Love itself.

. . . is made up of Love.  This Love is now being activated to its full potential."  Emmanuel As a new era of Heart begins to open more fully, fear can become more apparent.  To remove the fear, one must activate the force of Love.  Love is our truth.  Releasing our fear and opening our true heart to Love is like lighting a candle in a darkened room.  All is now illuminated.  Love comes forward and the fear subsides.

. . . that the loving acceptance of yourself, all parts of you, can change the entire planet."  Author Unknown Without specific definition or through the eyes of others, loving and accepting ourselves can change our energy, uplift our sense of self and activate a higher Love.  It becomes like one lit flame, illuminating all things around it.  Accepting our self is like saying yes to God's perception of us.  Through the highest expression of Love, self acceptance vibrates Yes to all aspects of us resonating YES to the whole of creation.  A collective "YES" becomes a most positive force for change.

The Love we give away is the only Love we keep.  The only way to retain Love is to give it away."  Elbert Hubbard Love resonates with Love.  The more we feel, share and give away Love, the more it resonates back.  As it generates more and more, the greater it touches our lives and the lives of others.  Love is a universal and cosmic life force in the world.  As we Love, so Loves the world and everyone in it.  Love is our truth because Love is truth.

. . . by the strange pull of what you really love.  It will not lead you astray."  Rumi Love is our core truth.  Love is the strongest force in the universe.  When we trust the whispers in the heart, reminding us of what we love, we are guided towards and by that force of Love.  Love takes us where we need to be.  Where we need to be is Love itself.

. . . in your life, there is a need to bring love."   Paul Ferrini The energy of lack is a contracting force, the energy of love is, by contrast, expansion.  When we focus on lack, we naturally pull in and when we focus on Love, we naturally open up.  Our mind closes down with lack and our heart becomes wider with Love.  If we Focus on Loving the areas of our life where we currently feel there is a lack, the energy of Love opens us to greater and greater possibilities! 

. . . new every day.  Wisdom is letting go of something every day."  Zen Proverb Knowledge is gaining awareness, information, consciousness or understanding.  When we have used our accumulated knowledge, we can release it and realize the wisdom.  The wisdom comes when we realize why we sought the knowledge to begin with and how and why we used it.  If we used it wisely or not, we can still realize the wisdom in seeking it.

. . . and openness brings maturity and understanding."  Amma Every aspect of life is a gift, like every cloud has a silver lining.  As it affects us, we may not see or understand the blessing in it at the time of impact.  In retrospect, as the haze, daze or craze of it clears, we realize we have grown and matured because our understanding of life and our self has deepened and expanded.  In that new perspective, we see why it may have had to happen or, at the least, the timing of it in hindsight.  In that way, the challenge has now become a triumph!

. . . is directed unerringly to one single individual - namely you."  Walt Whitman When we think we are just our limited mind and body, we can feel quite small.  In comparison, the universe looks too vast to comprehend.  Yet, when we view it through the expanded idea of energy, we realize we are the same energy as the whole of creation.  It exists and we exist so how can we be separate?  How we live and how we Love resonates throughout the universe.  Focusing on peace, Love, joy and positive thoughts and feelings, we add to all those lovely possibilities for us all.

. . . and I'll tell you who you are."  Creole proverb Who and what we love will continue to guide us on our path in life.  We will be driven to invest in it, listen to it, learn from it, align with it and work with it.  It is our nature to Love and when we put our Heart into what we love it shapes and forms our lives.  In the human experience our love takes many shapes and forms throughout our lives.  During our many ages and stages of growth and development, human and spiritual, our Love matures too.  What we Love reveals who we are.

The natural drive in the organism is to survive.  Yet all aspects of our human nature continue to seek growth, expansion, learning, development and evolution.  This pertains to our human nature, spiritual nature and beyond to our heart, soul and consciousness.  The search and continual seeking to find our True Self is lead by a sincere inner aspiration, guided by Truth itself.

. . . the power of receiving and manifesting the Divine Love."  The Mother - "Rays of Light" Truth comes in two clear forms; relative truth and absolute truth.  Relative truth relates to the earth plane and to our lives, such as the way of facts and function.  The truth of the rules of the road, for example.  Absolute truth speaks of the expanded view of who we are and why we are here on earth.  It speaks of purpose and the infinite plan for our lives.  It speaks of Love as a constant positive force in the whole of creation that we are not separate from as that same energy is also who we truly are!  When we know and feel that truth, we know and feel that Love.  All of Life resonates with that Pure Love.

. . . you do must be choice, love and passion."  Nadia Boulanger When we move through life with conscious choice, using our heart for navigation and with active passion, enthusiasm and interest, we activate similar energies in the people and environment around us.  We attract a similar vibration to us and through us, which adds more inspiration and joy, creating more positive results.  With this expanded energy, negative thoughts and feelings will and do subside.  Fulfillment through more Love and Joy also activates greater health and well being.

They need conscious action in order to uplift and enlighten the world. Integrating them into our awareness through consciousness, we will know the right action to take at the right time.

. . . of spiritual love every day so you keep lifting higher.  Let no thing stop you from this endeavor, for it is more important than any other activity."  John Roger The essence of spiritual love offers a purity through an inspirational vibration aligning with the higher realms of thought, feeling and perception.  It is found in the layers and levels of our higher human nature, reflective of the spirit.  The more we open to this essence and sing out for it, the more it resonates to us.  Clarity and sincerity are aspects of spiritual love and the more we experience them, the more they move the heart with joy!

. . . and emotions, Be the awareness behind them".  Eckhart Tolle Accessing our True Being Self allows us to align and attune with Love, Joy and Light.  It fills our Heart with an awareness of True Presence; a feeling we are not separate from Love itself.  Human thoughts and emotions can color and distort truth, creating confusion.  Often they are just reactions to someone else's thoughts and emotions and not a true reflection of our self or of their true nature either.  Becoming the awareness itself, can calm and quiet the thoughts and emotions that leave our system unsettled.  Loving the awareness behind thoughts and emotions, allows us to Love our self.

. . . not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away."  Antoine de Saint-Expuery When we stand as a True Self, we mirror True Love.  Infinite Light and Love is not separate from us.  It is our True Essence.  It is always present and it is found in all living things.  It is the energy of life itself.  A tree growing in nature, is its very self and true to its natural essence.  It stands in that true mirror of what it is.  It does not attempt to be a flower or a bush.  Its strength lies in its ability and determination to be a tree.

. . . is to find your gift.  The purpose of life is to give it away."  Africa Yoga Project To search for our true abilities takes us on a journey and path to understand who we really are.  We are capable of so much more than we realize by virtue of our essence and our Light.  All of life is a vibration of Love and an energetic intelligence.  We are a part of that, too, once we can see beyond our limited human form.  Looking for our gift takes us beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary and once there, we know we must share it.  In sharing, we give it away!

. . . who create and those who tear down . . . perception is transformed and a new reality is born."  Dan Brown - "The Lost Symbol" In the ancient text of India, the three universal energies/archetypes described are The Creator, The Destroyer and The Sustainer.  Looking at the various ages/stages of our human and spiritual growth, development and evolution,  and nature's four seasons, we notice this pattern.  Often what was created must be taken down or destroyed and, in between, sustained in order for life to go on and grow on.
