World View Perspective: Our Conscious Trains of Thought

Our minds are capable of a lot of thoughts that can speed through at any given time!  Maybe our minds have gone spinning through our past, have raced ahead into our future, has decided to visit old foes just to play out some kind of continued rage!  If we aren’t aware of what our minds are capable of doing or thinking or functioning as, at any given time, how can we possibly understand that we can actually train our brain to behave itself!

We are actually not our minds, we are the presence that is aware of it! That presence that we are, is capable of disciplining our minds when our ‘trains of thought’ have pulled out of the station and are taking us along on their journey!  When we focus on the current day, centered and focused, it is easier to request the mind just stay put!  Relish in our freedom to not be directed by it!

As we grow and develop, we can unconsciously pick up thinking styles from our parents and other adults in the environment!  A worries mother, a fretful father, a depressed grandfather or an angry grandmother!  When they express this, it might traumatize us or encourage us to pick up other traits they have adopted too, to help offset their pattern of thought!  Perhaps alcohol,  a food addiction, an addiction to drugs or doing harm to oneself!  If we don’t realize this is not who we are, those same patters just might convince us they are who they think they are!

These trains of thought that are negative, harmful, dark, vicious or vile, can be stopped right in their tracks with our conscious awareness!  Our centered, balanced selves, our true self, can stop them.  When we don’t stop them, they can engage our emotions, our psychological selves or even our physical body and take them on quite a ride, effecting and affecting our health and well being!

Our minds are powerful tools but we are capable of being the perpetual over-seers of where it is taking us!  A positive healing journey to go back and retrieve an aspect of ourselves that may have been lost in the shuffle, is but one example of one of our mind’s useful functions!  Be grateful for the beauty and usefulness of our mind!  Yes, try monitoring where it goes and when and how it makes you feel!  Other people’s thoughts might actually be a long for the ride, too!  You may need to stop their influence right there on the track, letting their thoughts find another train that isn’t yours!

Clear your mental plane often!  See gold, silver, white and pink clear circles around you and allow them, invite them to protect you from other people’s trains of thought!

Once we consistently work with this concept of observing our mind’s activities, we begin having a new respect for it!  Better health and tremendous self-love and self-respect can be more easily developed this way as well as deserved freedom!

Treasure your mind, it is quite a useful tool, when used for our greatest good and our ultimate positive health and well being!

Enhance your conscious awareness and notice how well things turn out and how clear you become by learning to train your brain!

AND IT IS GOOD!!
