World View Perspective: Allowing our Inner Light to heal us

 Accessing our Inner Light allows us to broaden our perspective of who we are and how to heal who we aren’t! When we go through stages, phases and ages of who we aren’t, we usually have to let go of those in order to grow and go forward!  We can surrender them with gratitude and forgiveness and by now, focusing on current day!  Shifting, changing and adapting is how we continue to evolve!  It’s through holding on too tight to the past and the past sense of self that we can lose our way, staying in a repetitive cycle of pain! Repetition might make us feel safer and more in control but new growth opportunities help our very soul to expand!  It’s important to be discerning, of course, but with an open and trusting mind, many new opportunities for growth can reveal themselves!  Accessing our Inner Light means we will work in Union to progress!

We must learn to trust the process and not judge it too quickly!  Many things move at their own pace and with their own purpose!  Our own Inner Light is our own Spirit and we cannot live without it!  It has our very best interest at heart!  What we must go through in each lifetime is an individual experience for us to learn from as we continue on our journey!  When we access our own Inner Light and consciously begin to work with it, the most amazing clarity, truth and direction can come!  Maybe it is nothing we ever anticipated, would choose for ourselves or even think is us but with trust and yes, faith, we can be more open and more receptive to why it is there!  When we accept something and go to and through it, there is always growth and expansion and greater understanding on the other side!

Our Inner Light is always there because we can’t be separate from the Light that we are!  It isn’t possible to be!  Meditation, sitting quietly in nature and daily contemplation can help us access it!  To consciously be in Union with our own Inner Light will heal any and all aspects of us that may have been damaged, harmed or deeply confused in this or any lifetime when we deeply believe it can and will!  Our Inner Light knows us and Loves us, it is there already and it is GOOD!

World View Perspective: Our basic freedoms

To exercise our basic ongoing happiness and health, four basic freedoms invite the ease of this continued self-loving effort for our basic shifts and changes to support greater evolution.  They are: our freedom to think freely, freedom to feel freely, freedom to express ourselves freely and freedom of movement and motion.  When we have and exercise these four freedoms, our health and happiness increases because we literally feel safe to be and feel like ourselves. These freedoms also allow and invite us to deeply value who we are as ourselves.  When our sense of self-value and self-worth are strong enough, consistent enough, applied often enough, we begin to heal on the most fundamental and spiritual levels.
