World View Perspective: For the Love of Source
After we have grown up, developed into the adult version of ourselves, tried out our best skill sets, personality styles, preferences, a whole myriad of relationships, valued our parents, grandparents and maybe had families we love and provided all we could, our introspection can take us to deeper levels. We might begin to question who we are, separate from what we have been told we are, we may pursue a different point of view we find so curious or interesting and we may start on spiritual journey of discovery.
We have been taught to look outside ourselves for love, understanding and acceptance. To seek where our comfort and soothing lies. Maybe we have found it in a parent, a child of ours, a spouse, a grandparent, co-workers or a partner who is there for us. We attach to this person, or group of people, to define who we are. When this shifts and changes, we go through emotional, personal pain due to attachment and can become confused about where to find it next. We might even become a bit desperate or emotionally needy, searching for who can and will actually love and accept us for who we are in each stage of our lives.
Sometimes, in our deeper search, we come into the realization that going within and looking within has the answer we are seeking. We might need a spiritual teacher, a Guru, a particular course of study, a meditation group, a healer or healing group or a shaman and/or course on shamanism or even participate in a sweat lodge. We may need guidance to go deeper, which can be also found in books and ancient teachings. If we aspire to learn, we will be shown the way that is best for us.
The goal of all of this is the same. To begin to understand one's self from the inside out. Forgiving oneself and forgiving others, being grateful for all the lessons and teachings from our parents, teachers, friends and family, accepting where we are in current day. This means accepting our physical, emotional, sexual, mental, psychological, intellectual and spiritual self as we best understand those aspects in current day. Yes, we can visit the past, worry about the future and fear the present but we can also feel grateful for our current day situation and set of circumstances.
It just takes mindfulness and a consciousness to be present. As we gain a newly found balance, through this conscious, active inner work, we also begin to recognize that all theses things are not ultimately WHO WE ARE! They are, however, what we have experienced on the way to being WHO WE ARE!!
Deep within us is the Soul Self, the ONE WHO KNOWS. It knows about the SOURCE and FORCE of LOVE itself. Because it IS LOVE ITSELF! It is the SAME LOVE AS SOURCE LOVE, which is WHO WE ARE!! We are THAT in manifested human form; we cannot be separate from this SOURCE and FORCE OF LOVE ITSELF that pulses through our UNIVERSE and COSMOS!! That LIFE FORCE comes through us as us. When we fear we are not enough, we worry that we won't be loved, accepted or cared about or we just feel lost for a bit, that LOVE OF SOURCE can remind us we are also the Source and Force of LOVE itself, starting with LOVING OURSELF fully and completely as our TRUE SELF! This is our own LIGHT. OUR OWN LIGHT shows us the way back to ITSELF over and over again! We just have to remember it, invite it in and work with and hear ts most beautiful guidance. Yes, it LOVES US THAT MUCH and IT IS GOOD! Allow this beautiful pure LOVE to heal you, especially all the parts we forgot are also LOVE!! Accept this LOVE and watch it heal you and your life!!
