World Wide Perspective: The Center of the Wisdom of the Soul

As we grow, develop and mature as human beings, we are under the influence of our parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, neighbors and teachers.  They help scaffold our learning and awareness.  They can become the friction that polishes our rock, so to speak!  They carry our rocks downstream, until we can stand on our own two feet! They get us to the goal, which is independence and a sense of freedom, secure that we have the skills, knowledge and maturity we need, going forward.

Once on our own, we take that accrued and applied wisdom, knowledge and awareness and continue on our own towards even greater development and awareness, if we remain open and willing to learn!  We can unconsciously or subconsciously become our parents ideas of us or become what we think they would prefer until or unless we continue to transform through greater growth and aspiration.

As we go, we can attach and identify with various aspects of ourselves that will most likely relate to mom or dad, a grandparent or others because we have seen it in operation before or we have actively chosen to follow in their foot steps.  There is nothing wrong with this.  It happens often and frequently.  The issue arises when something deeper in us begins to push it's way forward and it doesn't match what has been in the family or understood as a familiar aspect of what has been deemed 'correct'!

We may go in the direction of hiding it, denying it, avoiding it or stashing it back to where it came from, pretending it has never been there and it isn't useful now.  This is most likely the chosen action if we fear we will be rejected for it.  Yet, if it is another aspect of us, surfacing, we are wise to make time and take time to explore it.  It may be coming up from the unconscious to become conscious, like Carl Jung explored.  'Once the unconscious becomes conscious, it cannot be unconscious again.'

So, let's say that what is pushing forward to be expressed, exposed, heard and understood is a stronger, clearer, wiser aspect of our intelligence, awareness and truth?  How will we cope with this new development?  How will we explain ourselves?  How will we react or act if people we love push us back, back into their idea of us?  With LOVE and POSITIVE INTENTION, we can remain centered enough in ourselves to TRUST BEING OUR TRUEST SELF!  The Wisdom of the Soul, for example, tells us that we are not our thoughts, not our emotions and not even our physical bodies, we are the True Self that is at our core.

The Buddha was asked once, 'What do you gain in meditation?'  His reply was, 'Nothing, but what I lose is anger, frustration, hurt, rage and fear'!  Author Unknown

Our human system goes to and through many, many experiences in our lifetime and yet we are not our experiences.  We are aware of them and the impact of them but, going deeper, we realize, we are truly the ONE who knows this.  The ONE who knows not to attach, identify, react or respond to anything that happens.  Rather to use wisdom, understanding and compassion.  Most of these human experiences are systematic, as in understood through the human system, but not our actual definition of SELF!

Once we have undergone all these rich human experiences, we can gain Inner Wisdom and Understanding and therefore, compassion for all of Mankind.  We understand our WHOLENESS and both aspects that lie within us.  The world is made up of opposites, working together to create the WHOLE: Light and Dark, Summer and Winter, Male and Female, Life and Death, Young and Old, Day and Night.  The Creation of all things works with the opposites to create the needed and necessary balance.

When we are actively centered in our human system, in a place of Wisdom of the Soul, we are deeply connected to the ONE WITHIN THAT KNOWS.  Safe within that active, conscious LIGHT, all that that we are not (knot) begins to fall away. It begins to fall away because we are much more conscious now of our True Nature, which is LIGHT ITSELF!  Anything old in the way of that is no longer needed or necessary for us.

That LIGHT WE ARE is our greatest tool, ability and support to flush our all that we are not so much more clarity, LOVE and deep understanding can come and IT IS GOOD!
