World View Perspective: Recalibrating the Rings of Fear

When we have experienced trauma, it is like a tree being hit by lightening.  Many of the rings in the tree are affected, effected and impacted.  The trauma is experienced at the time.  It can prevent the tree from growing and going in its right direction and even halting the expected growth of the tree from it's roots.

Theses 'rings of fear' can go out and traumatize the tree for years to come unless and until we consciously go in and recalibrate the trauma and the consequent fear.

We do this by becoming as conscious as we can of our trauma.  Even digging through the emotions of it as far as we can.  Think of getting a sliver of wood in your arm.  It hurts at the time and maybe we forget about it or ignore it or dismiss it.  So it continues to go deeper so now we hide the arm from others and begin to think we did something wrong.  We'd rather deny that sliver got in there to begin with than to turn and face it.  Now, maybe it is infected and truly feeling it and experiencing it again, it REALLY hurts!  Yet, we are now on our road to discovery and healing.

We learn then to forgive the past and to forgive others who have hurt us.  Most importantly, we learn to forgive ourselves.  We may have thought, on some level, that we deserved that sliver to begin with or that lightening strike but, IN TRUTH, we did not.  So, that KNOT, we have held onto is KNOT (not) real, which means it's memory and the fear associated with it can be released.

By recalibrating the past experiences to embrace the current day, where the trauma and consequent fear, are no longer real to us, we can become who we are without that past experience.  If we consider that we have layers and levels to us, recalibration can be very useful.  OUR OWN LIGHT can be used to flush out any rings of fear from traumas by cleaning out our Spiritual, Psychic, Intellectual, Psychological, Mental, Emotional and Physical Selves CONSCIOUSLY.  If the trauma and rings of fear were experienced sexually or financially, OUR OWN LIGHT can also release those blockages, too.

It is ok to recalibrate who we are NOW by becoming conscious of any and all things that have happened to us so far in our life.  We are not (KNOT) ultimately our experiences, we are our True Selves.  We just need to be CONSCIOUS of what has happened to our systems and how we have held on tight to that age old belief or self-identification.

Trauma can hit us hard and create confusion in our human. system.  Using OUR OWN LIGHT, we can see and understand our own consequent darkness and heal the past with LIGHT.  We can then be most grateful for the enhanced understanding and consequent SELF-LOVE and SELF-ACCEPTANCE that can now flood our systems.

As we recalibrate from the past into who we are now, we can also clear and heal the consequent 'rings of fear' associated with the trauma.  Feel those old burdens lighten and release and experience that greater sense of peace and well being for WHO YOU TRULY ARE NOW!  Feel your TRUE SHINE expand even further as you heal through recalibration into the NOW MOMENT of YOU!
