Captured Moments

  When we work with the energetic Truth, that we are LOVE ITSELF, the opposite force will also come.  This is to, ultimately, balance the energies.  We need to be conscious of both polarities, finding that balance, harmony and peace between them. When we are born, we have a purity about us.  Much like a clean and clear  barrel of fresh, clean water we can drink from.  If we have had or have parents, grandparents or ancestors who have carried 'darker' qualities such as addiction, rage, violence, secrets, mental imbalances, a ruthlessness, say in business, that might act like a dropper full of black poison, slowly dripping into our own water supply, over the years.  Meaning we can unconsciously or subconsciously, pick up this energy, as if it is our own.  We may end up wrestling with it, to clear it, when it isn't even ours. When we consider that life is energy, we are energy and what surrounds us is energy, it makes us much more conscious of what our energy is doing, vibrating, observing and absorbing. If you have every been in four airports in a 24 hour time frame, just to walk into your house and feel exhausted, you may have noticed that you may have picked up other people's energy in your energy field.  A hot bath, quiet time with tea, listening to soothing music or a walk in nature might have the effect of calming you and your energy back down.  Another method would be to clear and cleanse your energy field, consciously.  For example, imagine a space in your house has a golden energy shower coming down.  This is a magical shower of golden energy.  You can create it as often as needed.
