"In the end only three things matter . . .

. . . how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you."  Buddha

Loving and letting go gets confusing when we talk about relationships.  Often when we love someone, we hold on tight to the relationship in order to maintain it and sustain it.  Yet, the purity of Love by its true definition is a living presence and not something that can be held.  Love is the one main constant that allows all things to be present in their most positive state.  It is lasting and in a Love state, our heart fills with loving gratitude.  When we live life in a state of Love, we live it gently and when we have to let go things, even relationships, we also do so in Love.
