World View Perspective: When we know we aren't the wounds or the comfort

Being human, we can identify with the wounds we have experienced and attach to the comforts we seek because of the wounds we are aware of.  It becomes a cycle of self-fulfillment to continue being identified with both extremes.  However, these are human experiences and not the truth of who we are.

Our truth lies in the center of those two extremes.  It lies in the balance of heart, mind, body and soul.  It lies at the center of our being/BEING self.  The true core of who we are within us.

There is a core self within us who is clear, clean, Loving and pure.  It is our inner witness to the life we are living.  It doesn't judge, criticize, condemn or treat us badly.  It is an inner Presence.  It is our individual soul self, connected to the Great Cosmic Soul, the Eternal, Living Presence.  It is always within us, clear and Conscious, even though we can forget it, stop listening to it, ignore it and yet, it remains Present and Pure.

When we begin to recognize we aren't the pain of anything we have experienced and we are not the comfort we use to cover it, ignore it, dispel it or deny it, we begin to see our balanced, happy and healthy inner core self.  We might not see or feel like we are there yet, but once it reveals itself, it means we can move forward and encourage it forward, out into the light of day.  We can become that happy, healthy, balanced soul self.

The balance between our heart, mind, body and soul allows us to live a life that is fulfilling on all those levels and stops the extremes of being/BEING out of balance.  Fear is one of the components that throws us out of balance.  When our system feels fearful, we can grab onto anything and anyone who might offset the fear.  We can grab onto unhealthy habits, hurtful, harmful people, self-sacrifice in relationships and not identify with or deny our inner strength, natural talents or most positive traits.  It can, in effect, block our more truthful self.

Fear is a natural part of life.  Yet, when we are out of balance with fear, it can sabotage our best efforts to move forward.  Fear in the human system can be released through it's opposite force, which is faith/Faith.  When we can develop faith in our core self and Faith in our Inner Self, we can overcome human fear and realize our fuller potential.

Trust is another aspect to this.  Trusting that our core self is positive, clear, holding out for our best outcome and is trustworthy, we can make positive, conscious choices that serve us in the most positive of ways, throughout our lives.

Faith and trust in our inner and outer best selves are strong energies that can carry us in times of doubt, confusion or hardship, along with our conscious, active balance.

The balance between our heart, mind, body and soul grounds us back into our bodies and prevents the fear from taking hold of our system.  We begin to know ourselves at our core and we recognize it is from that center that we are safe, secure and protected because we are more clearly ourselves and can stand as ourselves.

To release the old hold of the extremes we've developed, we use active visualization.  Begin by seeing and feeling your old wounds are outside your own energy field as well as your comfort habits.  Like two loops on either side of you that aren't you.  Let them float freely, away from you, yet where you are aware of them.  Once you feel them off you, have a sense of a deeper, bright light starting to develop and grow within you.  Feel this LIGHT as your Core Self, coming forward to enlighten and brighten your human sense of self.  Feel it strengthening your inner and outer balance, humanly and spiritually.  Feel it shining back to the Cosmic Soul Itself.  The micro to the macro, so to speak.  Let this feeling fill you full of LIGHT.  This will take practice, effort and patience as well as courage and determination.  Yet, it will help you heal and move forward.

We have so much more to us than we currently realize.  We have all our true answers within.  Making friends with our inner and outer self is always a wise path to take.  It will guide us away from the distracting imbalances we most likely currently have that pull us away from who we are.

Seek the balance you are within and watch the affect/effect it will have on your every day life.  Harmony, health and happiness are sure to follow.
