World View Perspective: Our basic freedoms

To exercise our basic ongoing happiness and health, four basic freedoms invite the ease of this continued self-loving effort for our basic shifts and changes to support greater evolution.  They are: our freedom to think freely, freedom to feel freely, freedom to express ourselves freely and freedom of movement and motion.  When we have and exercise these four freedoms, our health and happiness increases because we literally feel safe to be and feel like ourselves.

These freedoms also allow and invite us to deeply value who we are as ourselves.  When our sense of self-value and self-worth are strong enough, consistent enough, applied often enough, we begin to heal on the most fundamental and spiritual levels.

The world may not have reflected value or worth in us as we are because of the structure of life and what most people believe is inherently human.  We all tend to follow the footsteps of those who came before us and consequently, we feel safer and more secure doing what we saw our parents and grandparents did and what occurred for them as a result.  It is only when we go deeper and seek greater clarity that we can see and understand life on different levels, which can enhance our lives and expand our intelligence.  This often takes courage, strength and a strong will, along with sincere aspirations, to know and understand the truth within us.

To earn, gain or work to achieve all four freedoms, takes vigilance, effort, trust and a willingness to be creative.  Yet, in applying these as often as possible, we can begin to make progress towards becoming who we are and allow ourselves new growth.  Old facades fall away and we begin to be our more authentic selves, willing to be more real with ourselves and others.  This is refreshing, liberating and uplifting because we are becoming more aligned with our True Selves.  It is like our soul/Soul can and will openly rejoice.

We come out of bondage and notice a sense of Joy, both inner and outer JOY, that can carry us further and further down our right and true path.

We have not been taught to exercise these four basic freedoms because we have most likely learned from our parents how to appropriately behave.  This is useful to be a part of society, of course, yet to remain programmed, kept to a routine only and to be made to believe being structured is all we are, can create limitations later in life that have negative, harmful, hurtful consequences that prevent our greater health and happiness.

Ideally, we learn how to use our intelligence wisely and usefully to benefit ourselves and others.  We learn about Consciousness in terms of continued growth, expansion, curiosity and heightened awareness.  We aspire to know ourselves, others and life by our open willingness to grow beyond what we were all taught.

Once we begin to practice these four basic freedoms, however, we safely and securely can let go and experience the liberation and JOY that is released, then life takes on so much more wonder, interest and exploration, so much so that we wonder whatever held us back.

We are only held back by our fears of appearing different and therefore perhaps being judged as different by others in ways that are hurtful.

Fundamentally, it is wonderful to feel like our valued and worthy selves in our lives, despite what others may tell us.  Basic freedoms should be everyone's rights because essentially, at our core, we are wonderful, delightful, kind and compassionate spiritual Beings who have come here to learn ever so much about being human and also here to understand the JOY of actually being and becoming who we are, which manifests as complete and total positive health and happiness without fear.

Try an hour of these four freedoms, try a day or just one whole afternoon until your feel your liberation.  Let these basic four freedoms recreate your life, yourselves, and the very energy you live with.  They will change your lives, now and on an ongoing wonderful evolving level and IT IS GOOD!
