Captured Moments

. . . you could never hurt anyone."  Buddha When we exercise compassion and Love for our self, we understand the human condition and through Love we recognize that on so many levels we are all the same. From that perspective of the Heart, Loving our self is also Loving other human beings as well because we are all one.  We know what hurts us would hurt another and we know what makes us happy would also help another to be happy.  The Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you" also reminds us of this principle.  Love is a positive energy which resonates with more positive energy.  As we so Love our self, we naturally vibrate that same love to others.

 . . .your essence, is your Kingdom."  Rumi Our true worth is the Love and Light within us.  We are not separate from it.  It is our very essence and the breath and depth of our very being self.  When we know we are that, Love fills us to the very core because the Love recognizes itself.  All that we are not, by virtue of who we are, must and does let go.  Love is the wealth within us, just waiting for us to remember our true worth.

 . . . is to learn how to give out love and let it come in."  Morrie Schwartz Just like the tides of the ocean, the cycle of Love out and Love in must be continuous or an imbalance can and will occur.  Life has a flow to it and cycles of change must and do occur for a reason.  If we just give Love out and do not receive, we grow tired and stagnant, torn down and worn out.  If all we do is receive Love without giving back, we will develop negative traits that taint our life, leading us to controlling and demanding behavior.  Opening our Hearts to offer Love and receive Love back brings life into balance and joy of living becomes our constant state of life. 

. . . how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you."  Buddha Loving and letting go gets confusing when we talk about relationships.  Often when we love someone, we hold on tight to the relationship in order to maintain it and sustain it.  Yet, the purity of Love by its true definition is a living presence and not something that can be held.  Love is the one main constant that allows all things to be present in their most positive state.  It is lasting and in a Love state, our heart fills with loving gratitude.  When we live life in a state of Love, we live it gently and when we have to let go things, even relationships, we also do so in Love.

. . . are the day you were born . . . and the day you find out why."  Mark Twain To really find out why we were born, we must know who we are.  Not just in a limited sense or by staying attached and identified with the past sense of self.  We find out by exploring the self, as if wearing a miner's headlight, with the depth of courage it takes to go into the deepest part of the self.  Within that brave exploration, the true sense of self can be discovered.  In the spirit of true aspiration, experiencing our own heart and soul, we walk through fear by accessing Pure Love.  It is Pure Love that transforms the fear of the past in order to realize the present self.  The present self dwells in the Heart.  Once in the Heart, we realize why we are here because we now know who we are.

. . . by the Love of Truth and the thirst for Light."  The Mother - "Rays of Light" True aspiration for Love, Truth and Light is a sincere call that attracts the same vibration, drawing to us the response.  The universe and cosmic realm of Reality vibrate in Love, Light and Truth and they respond in kind to our pure Heart and Soul request for union.  A clear relationship can occur and the joy of a creative collaboration is unmistakable.  When we remember we are energy and that energy resonates with LOVE, LIGHT and TRUTH, we connect most truthfully to our true Self and the dance of delight continues.

Love becomes wordless."  Kahlil Gibran Recognition that Love extends and evolves as an energy of life, embracing us, carrying us and guiding us forward, we can become the living Love itself.  In that sense of vastness, it is beyond the human need for expression and understanding. It is the awareness and consciousness of that Love that makes the rest feel effortless.  It is just about accepting it is there in each moment.   Yes, LOVE.

. . . is one word that brings peace."  Buddha Peace in the human system comes when we recognize we are not the ego.  When the voice in us comes from our pure Heart, the compassion in the Heart sees and knows the trials and turbulence of the ego and through that Love and recognition, the ego surrenders to the Heart.  Peace comes in that process of letting go to the Love.  Love and war are both in the human system.  Saying YES to the Love eliminates the inner war of the ego!  Peace is what remains.   Just peace.

Jung As a miner carrying a light down inside a darkened cave, when we can illuminate our own unconscious self, bringing that self out of the shadows, Love and consciousness release the negative and hidden aspects.  This allows the Light to fill the space created and in that Light, we see and become more Light .

To know one's true self is to know the universe because on that level of awareness, nothing is separate or hidden.  The same light, love and truth of energy is present, evolving and expanding in a grand cosmic way.  The unconscious is becoming conscious and the vibration of life continues its refinement to purification.

To aspire for inner understanding and wisdom is its own reward.  The need, desire, impetus to express it can take much longer because if the soil and sunlight is not yet sufficient, the plant and flower will not open.  The patience, dedication and aspiration it takes aligns with a timing all its own.  Like a child thinking they are ready to drive just because they are sixteen yet their wise parent can see they need much more maturity and further development.

. . . of the dark, but the real tragedy is when men are afraid of the light."  Holmes The real fear of the light is the fear of losing control.  It means surrendering to something bigger, higher and limitless, which we fear is beyond us.  All in life is energy.  Our energy goes beyond our limited human form.  On its highest vibration, we are just light too.  We have just become used to our limited human form and so we identify with it.  In true light, there is nothing to fear.  The fear diminishes in light just like all shadows disappear once the sun shines.

 . . . and the rational mind is a faithful servant.  We have become a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift."   Albert Einstein The gift of the intuitive mind is the sense and feeling it receives and perceives in the moment.   As if it comes from the "finger on the pulse" of what is currently happening.  There is an inner sense of guidance with the intuitive mind.  It is not a rational thought coming from the mind.  Using this subtle feeling aspect enables us to understand life in another quality, bringing an added dimension to compassion and Love.

Intuitive intelligence uses a feeling base to  discern what is current, happening and approaching .  I n the current, perce ptual moment, intuition sense s what is occurring now what is coming a bit down the road.  When in the car, for example, intuition can come to the driver as a pulse to suddenly turn left or go right instead of following the or iginal plan. Nothing may indicate why for some time later.  Once the purpose for the change is revealed, the intuiti ve feeling that came becomes clear. When we trust that feeling and take the fresh new action, mystery, magic and the instant "AHA" moment can appear, making the intuitive intelligence most useful.

Love as an energy continues creating more and more inspiration, igniting aspiration in each one it touches, adding more positive energy to the collective.  In that positive exchange, greater aspects of self are born.

Offer love to the future.  Be love in the now."  Dancing with Spirit/FaceBook No matter what happened in the past, that time has gone past.  Being grateful for the lessons the past taught us and carrying that maturity forward enables us to continue to learn.  We can open our hearts and minds again. Given that positive perspective, we can love the past completely.  Loving the future attracts a positive future towards us.  Being the Love now clears the fear, bringing in the positive balance of Love and Joy to each Now moment.
