Choosing quiet moments of sacred time and space, listening to the depth of our heart, soul and inner guidance brings us the awareness of what is truly correct to do in our lives.  If we simply react or have an immediate response, often we are coming from our old programming, judgment, fear or desire and not from a point of greater clarity.  Making time each day, as often as needed, to sit in silence with clear intention allows us to treasure our inner peace and calm.  As we consciously do this practice, it brings us the opportunity to deeply listen and to know.
